Thomas Kramer ‘TK’ is a Global Networker, Developer and a Visionary Entrepreneur, who is credited with the development and revitalization of South Pointe and Star Island.
Born in Frankfurt Germany, TK made his first million at the age of 17 by trading stock options inside school’s phone booth.
In the 1980s, TK conquered Wall Street as a powerhouse broker and in 1992, he headed to Miami Beach where he recognized potential in parcels of neglected properties and transformed them into the exclusive South Pointe properties of today.
TK is also a noted philanthropist, contributing to numerous local and national charities. He is currently involved in major property development projects in the Middle East and Germany and is readying to launch a TV Show.
